Cruzync is a business management platform providing CRM, sales pipeline, calling, scheduling, AI generation, and related tools for local businesses and agencies.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at signup. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

You agree not to misuse Cruzync — including attempting to access data that isn't yours, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Cruzync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cruzync and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using Cruzync and close your account at any time.

Cruzync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruzync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cruzync is incorporated.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cruzync after changes means you accept them.
